Pensada para optimizar costos logísticos y garantizar la disponibilidad de envases en tiempos de alta demanda.

Se trata de una solución innovadora que permite trasladar grandes volúmenes de componentes metálicos. Dichos componentes viajan ya pintados y decorados, para terminar su ensamblaje en destino, en continuidad con el proceso productivo de cada empresa.

¿Cómo funciona? De manera simple. En tan solo 225 m2 es posible instalar una planta de ensamblado, mantener almacenados 200 tambores listos para su uso y tener un stock de 2880 componentes para armar de acuerdo a las necesidades de demanda.

Nuestros técnicos especializados supervisan el montaje y puesta en marcha de la planta y también realizan la capacitación inicial a los operarios que estarán a cargo del armado de los tambores. Con dos operarios es suficiente para mantener la planta en funcionamiento.

 

La solución QMS brinda la posibilidad de que ingresen a la empresa componentes metálicos y se transformen en tambores de 55 galones para ser usados cuando se necesiten.

This is why Rheem, at the beginning of 2017, started a development process with various raw material suppliers to achieve translucent containers without losing the required functional properties. Today, we are present in every region with our Kolor framework in partnership with Sodimac.

How does this service work?
This service contemplates the installation of an assembly plant integrated to your company’s productive process. In just 225 square feet it’s possible to install the assembly plant, keeping up to 200 assembled drums in store as well as a stock of 2.880 drums ready to assemble. Our qualified team of technicians supervises the installation and start-up of the assembly plant and also provides the necessary training to start activities. We schedule a technical visit at least once a year, according to the particular needs of each client. Drums travel to your company already painted and decorated, to be kept in storage until assembly. This solution represents thousands of dollars worth in savings per year, among many other productive advantages, such as flexibility when facing the demands of a fluctuant market. Collapsed drums optimize from six to eight times their transport capacity, and storage increases from 10 to 15 times when compared to traditional cylindrical drums.
